What are OT and SLP?

Occupational Therapy
Clinicians help people of all ages with disabilities, injuries, conditions, and illnesses improve their ability to perform daily activities.

Speech-language Pathology
Therapists help people with communication and swallowing problems, including lisps, social pragmatics, and feeding.
Our Mission.
Educate, Prepare, Serve, Inspire.
We Educate our members by providing monthly speakers who are experts in the fields of Occupational Therapy and Speech-language Pathology. We Prepare our members with compiled graduate school resources and shadowing opportunities, as well as Q&A sessions with current seniors and graduate school applicants. We Serve by fundraising for local Occupational and Speech Clinics, and by volunteering at their charity events. We Inspire by educating the Clemson community about the missions of OT and ST, and by encouraging undergraduates to pursue these professions.
